RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM AND RECEIVE A REFUND?
Sh*t happens - we get it!
If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your Death Wish Coffee order, we will gladly issue you a refund as part of our *No BS guarantee. Let us know within 30 days of purchase from our website (retail and Amazon excluded) for a full refund.
For any merchandise or apparel returns, send an email to hey@deathwishcoffee.mom with your order details and a short description on why you'd like to return the item and we'll have a paid shipping label created for you.
Once the return has arrived to our fulfillment center, we'll then submit your refund in full and send you a notification confirming your refund.
*Coffee is considered a grocery item and is not able to be returned. Our money-back guarantee does not apply to orders exceeding $40 or orders placed outside of www.deathwishcoffee.mom or from one of our official Amazon seller listings.
International orders outside of the US are not eligible for return but if something is wrong with your order, please contact our customer support team at hey@deathwishcoffee.mom and we will be happy to help with a resolution!
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM/ORDER?
We want you to be caffeinated and look great doing it.
If the item you ordered isn't a perfect fit or you ordered the wrong thing, send an email to hey@deathwishcoffee.mom with your order number and the product details and we'll work together to organize an exchange for something else you like.
